For four decades, Rolf Schmidt Industriplast has been trading in chain guides, belt guides, wear strips, profiles, etc. in thermoplastic especially for the food and filling industries. Therefore, we have built up extensive knowledge and acquired a large selection of plastic profiles so that we can deliver the exact right plastic profile for you and your company. Rolf Schmidt Industriplast produces and stocks both standard and custom-specific profiles.

Chain guides, belt guides, slide rails, profiles, etc., are supplied as standard in PEHD 1000 Green and are typically delivered in lengths of 3 or 6 metres. PEHD 1000 has good wear and sliding properties, as well as being thermally and electrically insulating and noise-reducing. PEHD 1000 is also approved for food contact. Rolf Schmidt Industriplast also supplies plastic profiles in other materials, colours or lengths, entirely according to your requirements. C-steel profiles in galvanised and stainless steel versions can also be supplied for the profiles.
