Certifikater/Batchstyring

Summer ISO 9001and ISO 14001-certified company, we systematically work with quality and environment in all processes. This means that our documentation, traceability and workflows are anchored in proven standards, which create peace of mind for you as a customer.

We have experience with tasks that have high demands for quality, traceability and adherence to standards – including within the food, pharmaceutical and industrial segments.

Certificates as required

We can deliver materials with relevant certificates depending on your task.

All our plastic materials come from European suppliers and are, for the most part, approved for food contact. They comply with both the RoHS2 directive and the REACH regulation.

Upon request, we can supply the following documents:

  • Food approvals (FCM and FDA)
  • Technical data sheets for various plastic materials
  • 2.1 certificates (material conformity / EN 10204)
  • 2.2 certificates (raw material supplier declaration with associated batch number / EN10204)

Batch administration and traceability

If required, we can offer batch control, which ensures full traceability of materials and items. This means we can document:

  • Which material and batch have been used
  • Relationship between raw material and finished product
  • Deliveries and production runs

If items are required with a batch number, this must be stated when placing the order. It is not possible to reorder this afterwards.
