Our 3-axis machining centres are primarily used for machining plastic sheets, where the workpieces are clamped onto a vacuum table. The vacuum table holds the workpiece securely without mechanical stress, which is particularly suitable for plastic, as the material does not deform during machining.

This setup makes the machines ideal for milling contours, pockets, holes, and surfaces in plastic sheets – whether it's for single items or small series. The simple and fast clamping via vacuum means that the changeover time between different workpieces is kept to a minimum, providing great flexibility in production.

The result is precisely machined plastic components with good surface quality and tight tolerances, ready for further processing or direct delivery to the customer.
