5-axis machining centre
5-axis precision
Using our 5-axis machining centres, we can manufacture even the most geometrically complex plastic components in a single setup. The five axes of movement allow the machine to machine the component from almost any angle without needing to re-clamp it – this saves time and ensures much higher precision, as the risk of setup errors is minimised.
This machine type is particularly well-suited for plastic parts with undercuts, inclined surfaces, complex cavities, and tight tolerances that cannot be achieved on conventional 3-axis machines. This makes them ideal for industries such as medical devices, electronics, industrial components, and technical plastic constructions, where both form and function demand high levels of accuracy.
The result is plastic parts with a high surface quality, short processing times, and documented repeatability – whether for prototypes or series production.
