Number stamping

Number stamping is used for permanent marking of plastic parts with running numbers, batch numbers, product codes, or other identification data. The markings are embossed directly into the plastic surface and are therefore durable and non-removable – unlike labels and other adhesive markings, which can come loose or become illegible over time.

The method is particularly well-suited for productions where traceability is a requirement, or where items need to be uniquely identifiable throughout their entire lifespan – for example, within medical technology, the food industry, or technical installations.

The numbering is carried out after the machining is completed, so the workpiece is finished and ready for delivery with the desired marking.
