Manual deburring

Following CNC machining, our finishing department thoroughly inspects each workpiece for burrs and sharp edges. Even with modern machinery and optimised machining processes, small burrs often occur at drill holes, milled edges, and joint surfaces, which must be removed before the workpiece can be delivered to the customer.

Our post-processing removes burrs and sharp edges using hand tools adapted to the individual plastic type and geometry. This ensures that the parts are safe to handle, fit correctly in their intended assembly, and meet the quality requirements set by the customer.
