Plastic welding is an effective method for permanently joining plastic parts, where two pieces are connected in a strong and durable joint without the use of screws, clips, or adhesives – the result is a clean and integrated final product.

We use welding with plastic welding wire, where a thin wire of the same plastic material as the workpieces is melted into the joint surface, bonding the two parts together. Heat is applied directly to the wire, which flows out and fills the joint, while the base material is kept as cool as possible to avoid deformation. The method offers great control over the process and is suitable for both straight and curved joints.

Plastic welding is often used in conjunction with our other machining processes, enabling us to deliver finished and functional plastic components directly from a single supplier.
